So I'm at Forest Ridge with The LP.
The Ridge is a nature walk / forest area that occurs through a community of houses. People come to this place to hang out all the time, but apparently it becomes illegal after a certain time to be there, even though it is part of a housing development and it has no gates or signs indicating such whatsoever.
We were out there from around 12:30 to 1ish, just sitting on the sidewalk in the middle of the field, kicking back and telling old stories and making jokes, when suddenly I get a frantic call from my dad like, "Where are you?!" to which I answered, and then he told me that the cops were at the house. He put me on the phone with a cop and he asked me where I was and what I was doing as well, and told me to go back to my car now. So I hung up with him after a couple minutes and hurried back to the cars. When we got there, there were three cars and the police shined a huge spotlight on us and we went up to them, and were all like, "Put your hands where we can see them." and shit and then questioned us about everything and HANDED ME MY LICENSE. At this point, in my head I'm like, WTF. They went through my car without me there? I should have locked it, but it was unlocked cause we were like RIGHT THERE. It took us like 30 seconds to get back to the cars which were in a brightly lit area. Like if anyone tried anything, they'd be an idiot. So we thought nothing of it, and just went over the hill. During this time, I found out, the cops searched through my entire vehicle, leaving things wide open and taken apart, all of my prescription Percaset was sitting on my roof, and obviously they went through my purse and got my ID, so yeah.. Anyway, they tried to trick me into saying I had these drugs that I for sure didnt have.. Like at one point they were listing off to me the stuff in my car (proud of yourself, much?) and were like, "A laptop, weed seeds, four purses." and I'm like "WOAH HOLD UP, what was that one before?" and he's like, "The weed in your door handle." And I'm like, "o.O If anything it's tobacco from my clove cigarettes. I have them on me if you want to compare." (PS. When I got to the car, there was a plastic wrapper that said like "chocolate chip cookie" or some shit, and a bobby pin. Damn liars.) And yeah, so they told us basically we're banned from The Ridge now. And the one cop tried to write us up for trespassing and get us caught for multiple drugs and whatnot. Julian and Christina dipped because Julian's already in legal trouble, and this would like do him in if they did anything, so Christina stayed with him and ran into the forest (they got picked up by someone later when I called them and told them the cops were tailing me at a distance and had left The Ridge), and me and Ryan just went to address the cops and I decided to do the talking. Oh, and when they came to my house, they had multiple cars on different parts of the street watching, and one cop went up to the door and beat on it, then was like, "Are you the father of Lindsay Springer, driver of a black Scion XB?" and he almost had a heart attack because he thought I was dead. That's all I remember right now, but I'll edit if I think of anything else that happened that I forgot to mention.
The police and I have never been friends.

If they would have like walked for like an extremely short distance, they could have just talked to us.
But no, call the national guard instead.
